What is TranspoChat?
TranspoChat is a community for transportation providers, allowing one car operator’s or 100 vehicle fleets to connect. Look for assistance covering a trip, get notified when someone is looking for help, post your fleet availability, and post advertisements.

Is TranspoChat free?
Yes, TranspoChat is completely free.

How does looking for help work?
Go to either the Sedan/SUV or CDL section of the area you are looking for help in, and post up your exact needs. Once you submit your request it will be approved by a staff member. As soon as it's approved, it's automatically emailed to every subscriber of that service area. 

How does posting availability work?
Simply head to Availability & Advertisements and post your fleet availability and location. For example, “2022 Suburban available at LAX for next 3 hours” or “2022 Continental available all day tomorrow!” 

How does posting Advertisements work?
At any time, you can post a general advertisement in the Availability & Advertisements within your service area. This can be a general information post, or it can be specifically to seek out partnerships with Independent Operators.

Why should I use TranspoChat over my Facebook or WhatsApp groups?
TranspoChat is area specific so you don't get spammed with alerts or notifications for areas that you don't provide service in. Also, not only can you look for ride coverage, you can post up availability of your vehicles.

Should dispatchers have access to TranspoChat or is it only for owners?
TranspoChat was designed for anyone to use, from customer service rep to the Owner. TranspoChat takes away the strain of dispatchers spending valuable time calling around for trip coverage and gives all members of your organization the power of being connected to a large affiliate network.

Why is my area slow?
TranspoChat is very new and is spreading fast but if your area is slow, don't fret! This gives you the opportunity to post availability and have it stay at the top of the category. Also, when someone looks for covering a trip in that area, you will be one of the few to get emails for it.
